For all you voters out there, you might want to check out the Clinton background! I'm talking about Hillary's comments in the past about the rights of our children and how we would not have any say in what our children want to do or should not do.
You also might want to check out the book on Vince Foster who used to be on Bill Clintons staff and you will find out some very interesting information..

Too bad someone didn't check on George W. Bush's past and a host of others.

I think the voting record, and public service accomplishments are the check list for government service.

Did anyone every check on the Apostle Paul's past before we
quote him on issues of eternal consequences.

I doubt if I will vote for Hillary--and it has absolutely nothing to do with Vince Foster. Tom

WALTER GRANT
Hi Tom,
I trust that you really don't think Hillary didn't know what was going on in the White House when her husband was president?
There are not many presidents wives that did't know what was going on? Hillary was very involved. It's public record. If only Vince Foster was alive and could tell us who pulled the trigger and why!
I'm thankful the Lord sets people up in office and takes them down according to His eternal purpose.

I guess I don't need to vote then since "...the Lord sets people up in office and takes them down according to His eternal purpose."

I heartily agree with Tom. I'm not likely to vote for Senator Clinton, but it won't be because of a smear campaign.

This isn't really to the topic of this post though, so I'll stop now before "SOYHAM" gets it thoroughly hijacked.

WALTER GRANT
What voting for people means to me is that if or when
I choose to vote for someone then I give my say on whatever that person supports whether it goes against my personal beliefs or not. I would shudder to have someone that I helped put in office vote against my right to worship the way I choose.

Soyham,

You said,

"I'm thankful the Lord sets people up in office and takes them down according to His eternal purpose."

There is the view in theology related to God's providence that in addition to "direct action" He also uses "secondary causes" which is "mankinds activities" to acheive His purposes.

I suggest one of these is "voting."
